We don’t partner with companies we don’t use. The brands on this page are the ones we trust and rely on. If it’s on this page, it’s proven itself on our own hunts.

These are the brands that help keep Drawn West going.

Maverick Hunting blinds

I grew up hunting whitetail deer in Minnesota. We did everything from sitting on the ground to building 4×4 huts with no roofs — and most of what I remember from those early days is freezing my toes off.

Almost a decade ago, we started putting up Maverick XL and Booner Panel blinds on our farms. Now, everyone in our family hunts out of Maverick blinds. It completely changed how we hunt — cutting the wind, rain, and snow, allowing for heaters, and making comfortable all-day sits possible.

The result? We hunt longer, stay more focused, and consistently tag more bucks.

If you’re looking to add another stand to your property, Maverick Hunting Blinds are an affordable, easy-to-set-up option that works on just about any property.

mathews archery

I still remember the day I bought my first Mathews bow — a custom-ordered Halon in Lost White camo. It was a present to myself for graduating college a year early and debt-free. I’d dreamed about owning a Mathews ever since I started shooting archery in the backyard with a toy longbow.

So when the team at Mathews Archery reached out about working together, it was a full-circle moment. The brand I’d admired since the very beginning wanted to partner with Drawn West. The answer was easy: yes.

Shooting Mathews has always elevated the archery experience for me — from how the bows feel at full draw to the confidence they inspire when it actually counts in the field.

Whether you’re thinking about your first bow or your next one, take a look at Mathews Archery and see for yourself why I’ve trusted them from the backyard to the backcountry.

woodland mills

We’ve been busy on the BAK40 farm turning it into our long-term homestead and hunting property — removing dead trees, cleaning up brush, and figuring out how to make the land better instead of just leaving it overgrown.

Since we started using equipment from Woodland Mills, especially their stump grinder and wood chipper, our progress has accelerated fast. What used to be piles of stumps and brush are now food plots and orchards. We’ve opened up trail systems through the willows, and we finally have a plan for the oak logs that died too soon — turning them into usable lumber for projects around the farm.

If you’re working on land of your own — whether that’s clearing trees and brush, improving access, or milling your own lumber — Woodland Mills makes equipment that turns big, intimidating projects into something you actually enjoy tackling.

reveal cellular cameras

I’m a trail camera junkie through and through. If it wasn’t a healthy hobby, it’d probably be classified as an addiction instead of a passion. I love the adrenaline of getting that perfect picture of our #1 buck and putting together a game plan.

Before cellular cameras, that obsession came with a cost. Hundreds of dollars in batteries. Special trips to the farm just to check cards. And hours spent sorting through tens of thousands of photos. It was a massive time drain every summer.

And now? I literally haven’t touched some of my Reveal cell cameras in three years. They’re just out there every day, watching and waiting for those bucks to walk by.

Paired with Reveal’s solar panels and SD looping, these cameras turn hours of work into something close to hands-off. When a deer walks by, I just open the app — save the photo, download it, or request a video. No trips. No guessing. No stress.

If you’re looking for a reliable, no-nonsense cellular trail camera, check out the Reveal Cellular Cameras lineup — especially the new Reveal Ultra.

You can also use promo code DRAWNWEST at the GOHUNT Gear Shop to save 10% on Reveal cameras and accessories.

rTIC COolers

We all have our reasons for hunting — the challenge, the memories, the time in nature to reset. But no matter why we hunt, we all share one thing in common: bringing wild game home and feeding our families.

From keeping food cold all week in camp to protecting that hard-earned meat on the drive home, coolers are a non-negotiable part of any hunt. I started looking for a reliable, affordable option that could handle hot early-season elk camps, fishing trips, and everything in between — and that’s when I landed on RTIC Coolers.

RTIC coolers hold ice like a champ and give us the flexibility to match the cooler to the trip instead of forcing everything into one ultra-expensive option. We run an RTIC 145 when we need room for both of our mule deer bucks, an RTIC 72 on Wheels for camp food and drinks, and the RTIC 110 and 145 when it’s time to haul out a big bull elk.

They’re simple, durable, and built for real hunts — not just the highlight reel.

If you’re looking for coolers that work hard and fit any budget, check out the RTIC coolers we use and trust.
