Mathews Arc Giveaway - Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. By entering this Giveaway ("Giveaway"), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Drawn West, which are final and binding on all matters relating to this Giveaway.

1. Sponsor

This Giveaway is sponsored by Drawn West, in partnership with Mathews Inc., VPA Archery, Black Eagle Arrows, Conquest Stabilizers, Rackhub, MOD Archery, ANKR Point, Bowtique Arrow Wraps, QAD, BigShot Targets, and Dialed Archery ("Sponsors" or "Partner Brands").

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 13 years of age or older at time of entry.

  • If entrant is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must complete and submit entry form on behalf of entrant.

  • If winner is under the age of 18, prize must be accepted and shipped to a parent or legal guardian

  • Void where prohibited by law.

  • Employees of Drawn West, Mathews Inc., and any Partner Brand, along with their respective affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible to participate.

  • A valid phone number is required at signup for winner notification purposes only; it will not be used for marketing without separate opt-in.

  • Limit one (1) entrant per person and email address; multiple entries from the same individual using different email addresses will be disqualified at Sponsor's discretion.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on [Early August 2026] and ends at 11:59 PM CT on [Mid-September 2026] ("Giveaway Period"). All entries must be received before the end of the Giveaway Period to be considered valid.

4. How to Enter

  • Support the Podcast (20 entries) — leave a rating/review on Apple or Spotify and upload a screenshot for verification.

  • Follow Drawn West on Instagram (20 entries) — follow @getdrawnwest and confirm through the entry form.

  • Subscribe on YouTube (20 entries) — subscribe to Drawn West on YouTube and confirm through the entry form.

  • Follow each Giveaway Partner Brand on Instagram (10 entries per brand).

  • Share your unique referral link (25 entries per completed signup) — each person who signs up using your unique link, generated at your first signup, credits entries to the referring entrant.

  • Submit secret code words (50 entries per word) — code words are released across Podcast episodes, YouTube videos, and Newsletter issues throughout the Giveaway Period; each new word may be submitted once through the entry form.

No purchase is required for any entry method, including bonus entries. All entries must be submitted before the end of the Giveaway Period to be counted toward the drawing.

5. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries accumulated by all entrants as of the drawing date.

Approximate total prize package value: $2,819–$4,300 USD, depending on final confirmation of all Partner Brand contributions.

  • To qualify for the Low Pro Quiver Bonus Prize, an entrant must complete at least one instance of every listed entry action (email signup, podcast subscribe, podcast review, Instagram follow, YouTube subscribe, at least one partner-brand follow, at least one share, and at least one code word); entrants need not collect every code word to qualify.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any listed prize component with one of equal or greater value if it becomes unavailable.

  • Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize.

  • Drawn West is not responsible for the delivery of any prize once winner shipment details have been provided to the applicable Sponsor(s); Drawn West's sole responsibility is to collect and transmit the winner's shipping information to the relevant brand(s) for fulfillment.

  • Prizes may be shipped directly from the applicable Sponsor(s), from Drawn West, or a combination of both, depending on which party is fulfilling each prize component.

  • For any prize component offered as "winner's choice" (including but not limited to the Mathews ARC 30/34, Black Eagle Arrows 6-pack, and Conquest Stabilizer Kit), the winner must submit their selection(s) to Drawn West within a timeframe specified at the time of winner notification; failure to submit a timely selection may result in Sponsor selecting on the winner's behalf or the prize being forfeited, at Sponsor's discretion.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period, conducted on Drawn West's YouTube channel.

  • Winner will be notified by phone and email using the information provided at entry, and may also be announced on Drawn West's official social media channels.

  • If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days of notification, fails to respond, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in their place.

8. General Conditions

  • By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Drawn West, Mathews Inc., all Partner Brands, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional partners, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, disqualify entrants, or modify this Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process, submitting fraudulent entries, sharing fake or misleading referral links, or violating these Official Rules.

9. Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Spotify, YouTube, or Apple Podcasts. Entrants provide information to Drawn West only, and any questions regarding this Giveaway should be directed to Drawn West, not to any third-party platform.

10. Marketing

By entering this Giveaway, you agree to receive marketing emails from Drawn West, including updates about the Giveaway, new podcast episodes, and other Drawn West content and promotions.

  • Partner Brand Marketing: By entering, you also agree that your email address will be shared with and used by Mathews Inc., VPA Archery, Black Eagle Arrows, Conquest, Rackhub, MOD Archery, ANKR Point, Bowtique Arrow Wraps, QAD, BigShot Targets, and Dialed Archery for their own marketing communications, including product updates, promotions, and newsletters, independent of Drawn West. This consent is provided automatically upon entry and does not require a separate opt-in.

  • Each Partner Brand's use of your email address is subject to that brand's own privacy policy and marketing practices; Drawn West is not responsible for the marketing communications sent by any Partner Brand.

  • Your phone number will be used solely for winner notification and will not be used for marketing by Drawn West or any Partner Brand unless you separately opt in.

  • You may unsubscribe from Drawn West's marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each email; to unsubscribe from a specific Partner Brand's marketing emails, you must use the unsubscribe link included in that brand's emails or contact that brand directly. Unsubscribing does not affect your eligibility to remain in the Giveaway.
